  1. Sales Territory and Assistance
    • The Direct Seller agrees to canvass for the sale of products across India. The company and its Sales Team will assist in this effort.
    • The company will not cover any establishment, office, or business running expenses related to maintaining an office for the Direct Seller.
  2. Exclusivity and Product Protection
    • The Direct Seller will exclusively engage in selling the company’s products and associated items. The seller must not sell similar or identical products from other companies and must protect the company’s patents and trademarks.
  3. Unique Identification Number (UIN)
    • The Direct Seller must quote their Unique Identification Number (UIN) in all transactions and correspondence with the company. The UIN cannot be changed once assigned.
    • Communication will not be entertained without a valid UIN and password. The Direct Seller must securely maintain these credentials.
  4. Compliance and Faithfulness
    • The company reserves the right to withhold, block, or suspend the Direct Seller if required details (e.g., PAN Card, KYC) are not provided.
    • The Direct Seller must uphold the company's integrity, maintain good relations with other sellers and clients, and adhere to company policies, procedures, and legal regulations.
  5. Policy Modifications
    • The company reserves the right to modify terms, conditions, products, plans, and policies with or without prior notice. Modifications will be published on the company’s official website and will be binding from the date of notification.
  6. Legal and Ethical Conduct
    • The Direct Seller must comply with all applicable state, central, and local laws and regulations. Deceptive or unlawful trade practices are prohibited.
    • The seller must not manipulate the marketing plan or product rates and must not send unauthorized communications on behalf of the company.
  7. Promotional Material and Trademark Use
    • The Direct Seller and associated individuals are prohibited from using any promotional material not developed or authorized by the company.
    • The company’s trademark, logotype, and design cannot be used without written permission. This permission can be withdrawn at any time.
  8. Meeting and Seminar Responsibilities
    • The Direct Seller is responsible for all arrangements, expenses, and compliance with local authorities for meetings and seminars they conduct.
  9. Payment and Refunds
    • Direct Seller ID must be quoted in all transactions. The ID cannot be altered.
    • All commissions and income are subject to statutory deductions. Processing and other applicable charges will be deducted as per company norms.
  10. Communication and Updates
    • Direct Sellers must visit the company’s official website regularly to stay updated on changes and new policies.
    • Direct Sellers agree to receive SMS alerts from the company and must notify the company of any changes to their mobile number.
  11. Succession and Contractual Capacity
    • In the event of the Direct Seller’s death, a nominee or legal heir may join the company as a Direct Seller, subject to application and agreement to the terms and conditions.
    • If the Direct Seller loses contractual capacity (e.g., due to legal issues), their Direct Seller status will be continued through a court-appointed representative.
