  • What should I do if I am not satisfied with my purchase?

    If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by phone and we will address the issue immediately. If you prefer, you can also proceed with our refund policy as detailed below.

  • What is the return policy for items purchased?

    Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product. If you need to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. For exchanges or returns due to manufacturing defects or if the product is not useful for its intended purpose, you must request this within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided any seal or protection on the goods remains unbroken.

  • How do I return an item?

    To return an item, please send an email to return@rdminfotech.com to request a refund. You will need to send the products to the company head office or an authorized sales point as per billing conditions. Your package should include a signed letter stating the reason for your return, the original invoice or delivery challan, and proof of ID and address.

  • What are the exceptions to the return policy?

    Items cannot be returned if they are opened. If you receive a product in bad condition or with tampered or damaged packaging, please refuse to accept the package and return it to the delivery person. Contact our customer care at +91XXXX-XXX-XXX, XXXX-XXX-XXX or email us at store@rdminfotech.com, mentioning your Direct Seller ID. We will ensure a brand-new replacement is issued at no additional cost within 7 working days. Ensure the original product tag and packaging are intact when returning the product. Returns are accepted within 10 days, apart from the conditions specified above.

  • What products are not eligible for return or replacement?

    The following products are not eligible for return or replacement:

    Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or product after receiving it from the delivery person.
    Any product returned without all original packaging, including the retail box originally included with the product at the time of delivery.
    Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial numbers or batch numbers.

  • Is there a restocking fee, and how is the refund processed?

    There are no restocking fees. However, the original shipping and handling charges paid will be deducted from your refund. Refunds will be issued in the same form as the payment was received within 10 working days from the date of product return.
